about
I took a trip back home to Wisconsin and had a great time frolicking about and partying with old friends from high school. The day before I left to go back to LA (the last day) I wrote this song reminiscing the nostalgia of being back in the town where I grew up.
lyrics
Before I started singing in the morning
I banished all the biters to the keep
Before i started thinking in the morning
Ya chewed off half my ear lobe in your sleep
I know these roads turn so many ways
But I keep coming back to this place
Where I talked to myself for thirty days
Until I ran out of things to say
Before I started singing in the morning
I walked around and finished every ounce
Of wounded soldiers left after the party
And burned out every lightbulb in your house
I know these roads turn so many ways
But I keep coming back to this place
Where I ran my mouth for thirty days
Until I ran clean out of things to say
